Dubsib Home & Office is an aluminium and glass fabricator in Warren Industrial Centre, Harare. We also make the coverings that finish the opening — which is unusual, and deliberate.

Dubsib Home & Office offers total door and window solutions: fabrication of aluminium products and steel fabrications, together with coverings such as home and outdoor blinds, curtaining, awnings and insect screens.
Most fabricators stop at the frame. Most curtain shops start after the frame is in. We work either side of that line, which means a single set of site measurements carries all the way through — the frame, the glass, the pelmet, the track and the fabric.
Everything is made in our own workshop at Bay 12, Warren Industrial Centre in New Ardbennie, and fitted by our own installers. Nothing gets handed to a subcontractor between the quote and the hand-over.

We measure it ourselves
Every opening, on site, before anything is cut. No production off a photo or a builder's drawing.
We quote in writing
Itemised — frames, glass, coverings and fitting priced separately, so you can see what each part costs.
We fit our own work
The installer on site works for us. If something needs adjusting, it gets adjusted, not escalated.
We finish before we invoice
Snags get sorted at hand-over. A job isn't done because it's installed; it's done when it works.
